THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR * BURN AREAS IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA, INCLUDING THE CARR AND DELTA WILDFIRES IN TRINITY COUNTY, AND THE MENDOCINO COMPLEX IN MENDOCINO COUNTY.
* THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING
* FLASH FLOODS AND DEBRIS FLOWS WILL BE A POTENTIAL THREAT IN THE WILDFIRE BURN AREAS MENTIONED ABOVE. HEAVY RAINFALL AT TIMES IS POSSIBLE OVER THE BURN AREAS.
