ELM FORK TRINITY RIVER NEAR CARROLLTON AFFECTING DALLAS COUNTYTHE FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES FOR THE ELM FORK TRINITY RIVER NEAR CARROLLTON. * AT 0715 PM SUNDAY THE STAGE WAS 7.68 FEET. * FLOOD STAGE IS 8 FEET. * FORECAST...THE RIVER IS EXPECTED TO RISE TO NEAR FLOOD STAGE THURSDAY AFTER MIDNIGHT. * FORECAST...THE RIVER IS EXPECTED TO RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE BY THURSDAY AFTER MIDNIGHT AND CREST TO 8 FEET BY THURSDAY, 11 29 AFTER MIDNIGHT. THE RIVER SHOULD REMAIN STEADY NEAR FLOOD STAGE THEREAFTER.
