Why are my posted comments not linkded to my iAlert.com member account?

Member profiles are tied to the “iAlert.com News Reporter” accounts and you have not yet created this and filled out your profile.  Click here to complete your member profile or login to your account and click “myReports” to continue.  Do not have an iAlert.com membership?  Click to Signup

Some Background: As mentioned member profiles are linked to “iAlert.com News Reporter” accounts.  You do not have to submit any news reports, however this profile is used for more than just new reporting.  All iAlert.com members are allowed to leave comments on a News Report Page — Click for Example. Reviewing the example you will see comments include a profile picture and reference to the members news reporter alias.  If the iAlert.com member does not have a profile page comment will be anonymous to those reading your comment.  However you are not anonymous to iAlert.com so please consider what comments you leave as we do moderate comments and will terminate accounts for serious policy offenders.  With that said….don’t be anonymous this is a healthy member community create your profile today or login to your account and click “myReports” to continue.
