Group Account Manager (GAM): is a centralized management of weather alerts by your office for any number of people in your organization, otherwise called "accounts" in the GAM.
Alert types: include severe weather alerts by city, storm reports, weather observation alert monitoring, and the daily weather forecast

- Alerts by email and/or by text message
- Quick view of active accounts by name, point-of-contact, and last configuration update
- Status of individual accounts with status notification
- Account: defined by 1 primary email, 1 alternate email, and 1 text enabled mobile device for alert notification
