Can each person be configured to a different location?
Yes. Each person you manage under GAM has their own independently configured location and alert settings — so alerts are delivered based on their specific city or area, not a single shared location.
Can I add or remove people after I subscribe?
Yes. You can add people at any time through your GAM dashboard — many organizations purchase in larger blocks to easily accommodate workforce changes. To reduce your total, contact support@iAlert.com and billing will adjust on your next monthly cycle.
Are volume discounts applied automatically?
Yes. Discounts are calculated and applied automatically based on the total number of people on your plan at the time of billing. No codes or manual requests are needed — just select your services and the savings are reflected in your subscription total.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No long-term contract is required. GAM is billed month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
What happens after I click Review & Subscribe?
You'll see a summary of your selected services, number of people, and monthly total. From there you can confirm your purchase or go back to make changes. Once confirmed, your GAM subscription is activated and you'll receive a confirmation email with access instructions. If you need setup assistance or have questions, our support team is available at support@iAlert.com.
Do the people I manage need their own iAlert login?
No. GAM is managed through a single dashboard — everyone on your team receives alerts by email and/or text without needing their own iAlert login. You control all settings in one place.
How can I change the number of people?
The total number of people on your plan is adjusted by contacting support@iAlert.com — however, within your purchased total you have full control to add, configure, and manage individual alert settings directly from your GAM dashboard.
