THE FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND WEST CENTRALOHIO, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS, IN CENTRAL OHIO, FRANKLIN AND MADISON. IN WEST CENTRAL OHIO, CLARK, DARKE AND MIAMI.
THE FLASH FLOODING THREAT FOR THIS AFTERNOON HAS ENDED. THEREFORE, THE FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 2 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON.
